A semi-hard Stilton style cheese with a natural edible rind, giving strong Roquefort flavours with deep blue veining, texture is firm with a slightly crumbly paste, leaving an enjoyable after taste. Made lovingly with Holstein Friesian milk from Denham, Bucks.
