A soft, creamy blue cheese made with 100% locally sourced Guernsey cows' milk, giving a perfect balance of a creamy blue soft cheese with a distinctive Roquefort flavour and a natural edible ring. Perfect on French bread.
 
These are beautifully hand-wrapped and have a shelflife of approximately 4 weeks from date of purchase and are  a minimum weight of 120g; weight may slightly vary as these are individually hand made. 

It is a seasonal cheese which means we will only producing it in the Autumn and Winter months.
